Core Responsibilities:Lead Lakehouse projects related to Snowflake and Data Vault modeling.Should have a strong grasp of SQL, as the Snowflake database uses this language for database queries and data views. They should be able to write complex queries and optimize them for performance.The Snowflake database is a cloud-native platform, familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure is required.Snowflake-specific knowledge: They should be well-versed in Snowflake's unique features, like its handling of data (i.e. semi-structured) and its approach to data sharing and security.Designs, develop and test data models, including domain data models, MDM, data lakes, data vaults and modeling supporting various operational requirements.Supports the design of current and future Lakehouse solutions, including overall design, technology stacks, data vault modeling methodology, data movement, and testing.Contributes to the organization's overall information/data management strategy, ensuring that it is an integrated part of the overall business strategy.Provide subject matter expertise in the areas of Snowflake, Data Vault Architecture, Data Movement, and Data Vault Modeling.Contribute to the development and maintenance of data applications including the data, software, and infrastructure architectures.Provide subject matter expertise and mentor team members.
