As a (an) Metals Buyer Planner your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to: Responsibilities:Create and publish production schedule of assigned product lines and coordinate with Operations on successful execution. Maintain detailed MRP component build schedules to maximize manufacturing up-time for Dispensing manufacturing & vendor reliability. Communicate with personnel in a timely, clear, efficient, and appropriate method regarding all aspects of parts supply including delivery status, production schedules, lead times, revisions, and OTIF calculations. Place orders and act as primary contact with manufacturing subcontractors and assigned vendors to support manufacturing plan. Analyze and input customer provided forecasts with customer service, sales, and manufacturing to best utilize production capacities. Manage schedules and capacity to achieve service level targets while maintaining inventory objectives. Interface with all company disciplines to ensure inventory accuracy. Assist development & support integration of new SAP solutions. Collect/build/publish planning data as required to help improve manufacturing performance. Other duties as assigned. Education/ Previous Experience/Skillset: Bachelor’s degree1-2 years’ experience in a high volume, repetitive manufacturing organization mind as a planner/buyer. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a Team environment. Time management and organizational skills are essential. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, SAP, etc. SAP planning experience and/or APICS certification is a plus. CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

This position involves the use of CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machine shop equipment. Primarily Vertical Turret Lathe with Fanuc Controls and 5 axis Mori DMG with Siemens controls. As a (an) CNC Machinist your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to: Responsibilities:Set up and operate, with knowledge of desirable speeds and feeds for various alloys. Ability to safely and effectively fixture and set up a variety of castings of various sizes and shapes. Knowledge of standard G codes, ability to use various measuring equipment to verify work performed along with the ability to offset and edit if needed to attain a quality part the first time every time. The ability to program is desirable. Most of the work is done on castings in a high mixed low volume environment. Set up and operate CNC 5 Axis MillingVertical and Horizontal Machining Experience with Mastercam preferredExperience with SolidWorks a plus Education / Certification:High school graduate preferred - will consider commensurate experience. Has passed Certification Test established by the Company for each machine that is used without close supervision. Requirements: Experience in Mastercam on horizontal CNC milling machine as well as VTL.Program and setup 5 axis machine.Working knowledge of other forms of CAD software, Vericut and SolidWorks is a plus.Understand GD&T, read and interpret blueprints.Ability to hold tight tolerances.Strong verbal communication.Assist in helping operators to maintain production and quality.
