We are seeking a Billing Analyst to work a hybrid schedule out of White Plains, NY. Project Overview:Billing requests are done daily for CPD - either for lump sum, payment plans or financed.Lump Sum billing requests are done as milestones throughout the project when the Project Manager requests them.The requests are either done by contract, dollar levels or when the Customer requests them.The Payment plans are done to reduce the IDC/STF on the projects.Both the Lump sum and Payment Plan Billing requests are to limit the IDC /STF charges on the projects.The Financed projects are usually done at the end of the project when the project is reconciled.The Billing analyst will help in preparing these billing requests and the payments that come in Job Functions and Responsibilities:Prepare Billing requests in Primavera Learn SAP and prepare the SAP sales orders and request the Sales invoices from Accounting Gather the documentation for the Billing requests - Sales invoice, backup and send to Customer Record payment from Customer in PrimaveraWork with Project Leads and Managers on delinquent payments with Customers Maintain Billing tracking schedules Perform system reconciliation between Primavera and SAP Skills:MS ExcelLearn Primavera Communication SkillsExperience with SAPExperience with Procore helpful Education and Certifications:Bachelors in Business Administration or related field. We are currently seeking a Field Operations Technician for a client in Oxford, CT DESCRIPTIONPosition Summary and Special Duties:This position will perform DOT required operations and maintenance tasks for various compressor stations.Involved in cross-functional day-to-day activities in the disciplines of plant operations, pipeline damage prevention, gas measurement and maintenance/compliance tasks associated with high pressure gas pipeline systems.Willl perform operational and maintenance tasks to assure continuity of operations of assigned facilities within Company operating/safety/environmental procedures, operability of engines, compressors, cooling equipment, pumps, valves and fittings and other associated equipment.Must be adaptable to changing priorities and project conditions.Strong knowledge of electrical controls, instrumentation is required.Knowledge of pipeline regulations, damage prevention programs and pipeline maintenance is desirable.Ability to respond in a timely manner to any emergency or after-hours calls. May be exposed to working in harsh weather. Position Summary and Key Responsibilities:We are currently seeking a CNC Process Engineer in Bethel, CT. CNC Process Engineer will be responsible for the programming, process development and general advancement of the CNC manufacturing cells, including Milling and Wire EDM. This position requires the practical application of good manufacturing practices and organizational skills. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of production CNC operations and work holding, excellent interpersonal skills and an aptitude for hands-on problem solving. Key Responsibilities:Program new CNC jobs and optimize / modify existing ones as necessary.Work holding conceptualization and design.Suggest / implement enhancements to reduce cycle / lead times and costs. Contribute to and implement IQ/OQ/PQ activities.Troubleshoot program and equipment issues.Provide run time and work holding estimates for new job quotations.Generate work instructions, setup sheets and visual aids as required. Manage inventory for projects which run in SMT. 1-5 years of industry experience or equivalent. IPC 610 Certification preferred. Hand placement of difficult parts. Capable of training and supervising others. We are presently on the lookout for a dynamic professional as Receiving Inspector II in Seymour, CT.Position Summary and Key Responsibilities:As Receiving Inspector II, you will be responsible for inspecting a wide variety of electronic components, bare pc boards, mechanical components to customer documentation as well as industry standards. This role demands the ability to work with MINIMAL or NO supervision. Key Responsibilities:Performs incoming/receiving inspections on bare PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) per IPC-A-600.Performs incoming/receiving inspections on electrical and mechanical components.Examines quality of workmanship for conformity to customer documentation and industry standards.Verify the accuracy of documentation, such as Certificate of Conformity, FAI reports and Test data.Performs conformal coat inspection as assigned by the Group Leader.Follows established procedures for identifying and handling nonconforming materials.Assists engineering in developing quality inspection plans.Manage and publish inspection report. Job Qualifications:MUST have raw Bare board PCB experience to be considered.Minimum 5 years Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in electronics manufacturing.High School Diploma or GEDAbility to read and speak English fluently.Have basic component ID knowledge. and soldering knowledge.Experience using MICRO-VU camera-based measuring system preferred. Experience programming MicroVu preferred.Be competent with using basic hand tools such as a micrometer and/or caliper.Must be comfortable reading customer documentation and using digital manufacturing execution systems.Good attention to detail and organizational skills.Must be able to effectively work in a team environment.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Work independently with little or no supervision.
