As a (an) Administrative Support your day-to-day duties will consist of and may not be limited to: Responsibilities:Responsible for taking, organizing, and distributing meeting minutes to team members as needed.Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed.Support onsite meetings such as customer visits, audits and/or internal workshop events.Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.Support various monthly/annual employee events as needed.Update training matrix and job training requirements sheets.Provide project support as assigned.Assist in answering company phones.Administer and provide support for company phone system.Provide backup support for building badging systems.Triage software and hardware support requests via internal ticketing system to ensure resolution by third party providers in a timely manner.Provide monthly reporting metrics on internal ticketing system.Review and approve monthly MSP invoices and hardware lifecycle report.Collaborate with MSP to maintain and monitor cybersecurity with third party support group.Document software support guides to be published on ticketing system Help Guide portal.Document company information technology policies to be published on ticketing system Help Guide portal.Assist in server cleanup project and maintenance thereafter of filing system as assigned.Assist in the development and deployment of a cyber security training program.Support tech related aspects of on/off boarding of employees by managing Receipt of Company Property forms.Work with Human Resources to migrate existing training matrix documentation into new HRIS.Maintain internal IT SharePoint site access profiles, software subscription, budget tracking, etc.Document, update, and distribute company information technology policies at direction of Manager.Manage hardware inventory and server room, catalog items via internal IT SharePoint site. Monitors temperature, tonnage, pressure, and time according to job specifications.Removes parts from furnace and inspects for flaws, imperfections and dimensions using measuring instruments, templates, overlays, gauges, visual inspection, or other methods. The Quality & Safety Manager is responsible for establishing a quality organization to support our mission of being a world-class engineered components solution provider. This position is responsible for defining and driving the site’s enterprise system and quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
