Main Responsibilities:

  • Create job travelers for production related activities
  • Provide administrative support for all incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Professionally answer company telephones using solid customer ad communication service skills

  • Provide administrative support such as copying prints, filing and pulling job and quotation folders
  • Order office supplies as needed.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • 1 year administration experience required
  • Ability to work effectively with people in a team environment
  • Good follow through skills
