Seeking a business analyst to join the Maximo team.  Will be working between the business users and developers supporting training, new functionality development and customizations for this asset management software. This role will support Maximo and other ancillary systems. Maximo continues to take on a large role within Operations however Staff has not kept pace with this growth.  Current Maximo lead is at capacity and new work is coming regarding the use of Maximo. Primary skill is Business Analyst with technical aptitude to be able to learn Maximo for configuration and maintenance issuse.

This is an initial 1 year contract with strong possibility of converting to full-time at an excellent client site!  We offer a great package with competitive pay, health insurance and 401K with a good match!  Job is currently remote but will eventually be based out of White Plains Office. 

Job Duties

Maximo Support -

Customer Service Tickets
Additional use of Maximo beyond G&T

Maximo security and roles and permissions
Project management for support of Maximo beyond G&T
Maximo compliance related activities such as asset onboarding
Maximo Transportation
Work with the customer to prioritize the requirements

Monitor status and communicate status to the project team and the customer

Participate in status meetings and produce actions items
Trouble shoot user questions concerning the software and processes
Communicate the customers’ requirements to the developers
Help test the customized Maximo application and to ensure they meet the customer’s requirements.

Execute configurations in Maximo
Train persons on using Maximo



 

Identify and mitigate Maximo issues
