Designer/Drafter – Documentation Specialist (#2718)

Responsibilities:

• Support drafting needs during the transition of manufacturing facility; it is essential to accurately document the products   
• Creating drawings from mark-ups using SolidWorks and DraftSight
• Utilize the PLM System to initiate changes
• Review, compile and/or correct bills of material  

Education Requirement:

• H.S. or Trade School Diploma

Experience Requirements:

• Proficiency with Solid Works and AutoCAD  
• Experience with drafting, design and documentation practices
• The capacity to communicate and work with engineers across sites to execute proper documentation from marked-up prints to proper standards
• The ability to understand and generate BOMs for mechanical and electrical assemblies
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and documentation processes
