We are currently seeking an IT Specialist/Administrator for a client in Shelton, CT. Qualifications A good fit for this role will have hands on, practical experience with current versions of Windows and Windows Server, possesses strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills, is self-motivated, and has good verbal and written communication skills. Candidates must be able to work well in a role where priorities may shift frequently to address hardware and software incompatibilities identified during the testing and deployment phases. Customer service skills are required as the individual will be working with end users of the equipment as it is deployed. Seeking a self-motivated system engineer who can work collaboratively to help with the following:Deploy new Windows 11 Laptops/DesktopsDeploy Corporate Cell PhonesUpdate asset inventoryResolve Windows update issuesInvestigate Cyber Security ticketsAssist with Switch upgrade.Assist with Security camera upgrade. Responsibilities: The engineer shall be responsible for creating and documenting a Windows 11 package for deployment on new Dell Optiplex and Latitude PCs, maintaining an issues log and using proven troubleshooting techniques to resolve identified problems. The candidate will also build and deploy the latest release of WSUS and help update AD GPOs. Under most situations, this role will work a standard shift 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. We are presently on the lookout for a dynamic professional Open Solderer in Seymour, CT.Position Summary and Key Responsibilities:Responsible for performing soldering tasks throughout the assembly process. This role demands an individual who works as a member of a team under the direction of the production supervisor and functions under time pressure. Key Responsibilities:Perform soldering tasks on electronic assemblies.Ability to maintain production rates and flows.Ability to identify good and bad solder joints.Component identification training required.Proficiency with and working knowledge of MIS (Aegis) software required. Job Qualifications:(Level I.) Analyze and interpret management data from Fuji-tracks. Demonstrate working knowledge of screen printer, paste inspection, pick, and place, and reflow oven. Recall proper oven profile. Manage inventory for projects which run in SMT. 1-5 years of industry experience or equivalent. IPC 610 Certification preferred. Hand placement of difficult parts. Capable of training and supervising others.
