FPGA Signal Processing-ML Developer (R&D)
Responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement embedded-system APIs, synthesize FPGA designs, perform in-depth analysis and optimization to ensure the best possible systems integration.
- Investigate new algorithms for design and development of signal processing and statistical/machine learning functions using standard VHDL.
- Participate in design reviews of hardware and firmware.
- Work with the SW team to clearly define and document interfaces between hardware and software.
- Support of issues related to the FPGA through the product life cycle.
Key Qualifications
- Proven C/C++, Matlab and Verilog/VHDL problem-solving and development experience. Ability to work with Python, Java, Labview.
- Experience with high performance parallel programming
- Experience with XLINX FPGAs and working knowledge of the Vivado/Vitis tool set preferred.
- Understanding of Signal Processing, Machine/Statistical Learning, Embedded System architectures, and Digital Interfaces
- Experience with machine learning libraries, and runtime and computation graph support.
Education & Experience
- Technical BS/MS degree (CS/CE/EE or related) with at least five to seven years of related experience
