FPGA Signal Processing-ML Developer (R&D)

Responsibilities

Define, design, and implement embedded-system APIs, synthesize FPGA designs, perform in-depth analysis and optimization to ensure the best possible systems integration.
Investigate new algorithms for design and development of signal processing and statistical/machine learning functions using standard VHDL.
Participate in design reviews of hardware and firmware.
Work with the SW team to clearly define and document interfaces between hardware and software.
Support of issues related to the FPGA through the product life cycle.

Key Qualifications

Proven C/C++, Matlab and Verilog/VHDL problem-solving and development experience. Ability to work with Python, Java, Labview.
Experience with high performance parallel programming

Experience with XLINX FPGAs and working knowledge of the Vivado/Vitis tool set preferred.
Understanding of Signal Processing, Machine/Statistical Learning, Embedded System architectures, and Digital Interfaces
Experience with machine learning libraries, and runtime and computation graph support.

Education & Experience

Technical BS/MS degree (CS/CE/EE or related) with at least five to seven years of related experience
