Talent Acquisition Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition hiring plans and strategies
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Source quality candidates for professional, management, and leadership positions
- Analyze hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts
- Design, plan and execute recruitment and selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests, training for hiring managers, etc.)
- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and apply a continuous improvement mindset to lead TA functional projects
- Design and implement candidate and manager satisfaction evaluations
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
- Coach and mentor members of the Talent Acquisition team
- Attend career and college fairs, and similar outreach events
- Manage staffing agency governance
- Create and present KPI reports
- Design and implementation of affirmative action plans and diversity hiring strategy
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources or related field or relevant experience required
- Minimum Experience Required: Three (3) years of Talent Acquisition or HR management experience
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, Boolean search, and employer branding techniques
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with design and delivery of TA metrics, KPIs, and scorecards
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing social media content management
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Project Management experience in Agile or similar methodology
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of HR and employment law
- Intermediate to expert level user of Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook
