Working with a client in the Garland TX area looking for a VP Sales Strategy. This is a permanent opportunity to work with a dynamic sales organization. Please see responsibilities below:

  • Determine business indicators and develop sales programs to meet the need.
  • Identify areas of improvement to determine appropriate programs to implement throughout the sales organization.
  • Ability to gain support for new ideas and persuade people to see perspective.

This is a role working for an inside sales organization. They are looking for a leader who can liaise between sales and business leaders to identify market trends and determine/develop a course of action.
